Our legacy database which was more than 10 years old worked well for many years
but lately had become bloated as it struggled to cope with high volumes of new data.
It was outdated and no longer fitted our needs as a growing business.
This was then causing issues and delays that was not acceptable to our brand and
our staff were unable to complete their tasks efficiently which led to poor customer
service being provided to our clients
This database was core to our business, so it was very important to resolve this
issue quickly to enable us to meet our expectations of a high level customer service.
We contacted Computerisation Limited who developed a new SQL Server Database
system based on our existing business processes. They understood our
requirements and also made suggestions which we had not thought of.
They converted all of our data, so implementation was very quick and easy. The new
system including additional efficiency measures was up and running in less than two
months.
We can now respond to clients and stakeholder needs more quickly, the documents
it produces look professional , meets our high standards and is saving hours of time
with new automation.
The Easy Fire Safety system maintains a database of all the fire safety equipment held at each client site. When service is due, confirmations are emailed to clients automatically. Job Sheets are then emailed to Engineers and when the service is completed everything is logged in the database. Clients are then automatically sent Maintenance Certificates.
The next stage of development is to add automated client invoicing and link this with Sage accounts.
