Natural UK

Natural UK are the largest independent Washroom Services and Clinical Waste collection company in Wales, with over 850+ customers throughout the South Wales region. They deal with the NHS health board, as well as other big clients. Natural UK contacted Computerisation regarding a new service management system which we were able to supply.

Dear Clive,

I wanted to personally thank you for all your great ideas, and patience while working with me on our project. Please can you also pass on my thanks to all the team at Computerisation. Everyone involved from the start has been so helpful and efficient in implementing ideas as they evolve.

For a number of years we had been working on an insecure system. Now we have complete peace of mind that everything we need to run our business is safe. The new program has dramatically reduced the admin time involved in the day to day running of the business as well as streamlining operations. This has enabled me to work on other improvements and savings.

This has been an exciting project to work on and I look forward to discussing other ideas for our future development.
