How we develop the perfect solution

The first step is us understanding your needs, followed by you understanding the solutions available to you.  This process could take multiple online and face to face connections and involve viewing several drafts.  When your needs and our solution are agreed and documented, a contract price can be derived together with a choice of options.

Once the contract has been agreed we then create prototype versions of each system module for your evaluation.  The point when the customer sees how effective the prototype is, is often the point where a flood of new ideas are realized. These new ideas are then discussed and evaluated as something we can do within the existing pricing scope, something that may be an extra or something that will need to go on a wish list so that we can concentrate on the original specification first. Thus, helping the project being delivered on time and on budget, controlling feature creep.

The prototype screens are then developed in line with the client requirements up to a beta version for system testing, testing is a joint effort between the developer and end users.  Only when each screen is fully tested can it go into live running.  At this point the client should start seeing considerable benefits as the new modules perform tirelessly day after day.

Software modules are easily updated, as the system matures with fresh ideas and new functionality.
